Dear [redacted] ,Upon reviewing the complaint from [redacted] against Korman Residential Properties at [redacted] our records indicate that on August 20, [redacted] put a deposit on unit [redacted] and signed paperwork that stated he was taking a month lease.On August 26, [redacted] signed his month lease beginning August 26, and expiring October 25, On August 28, he brought in a notice to vacate for October 9, At this time our Assistant Manager told [redacted] that he can leave on the 9th but that he is financially responsible until October 25, [redacted] was told by our staff that the gift card promotion was for a month lease onlyPlease note that our staff did provide [redacted] the option for renting a furnished suite for the exact time frame that he needed but he decided to sign a month unfurnished lease insteadI have attached the proper documents in order for you to see that [redacted] was well aware that his lease expired on October 25, 2015.Kind Regards, Colleen M Director of Customer Relations

signed his 2 month lease beginning August 26, 2015 and expiring October 25, 2015. On August 28, 2015 he brought in a notice to vacate for October 9, 2015. At this time our Assistant Manager told [redacted] that he can leave on the 9th but that he is financially responsible until October 25, 2015. [redacted] was told by our staff that the gift card promotion was for a 12 month lease only. Please note that our staff did provide [redacted] the option for renting a furnished suite for the exact time frame that he needed but he decided to sign a 2 month unfurnished lease instead.
