If I could give stars I wouldWe got approved for an apartment only to be told day before move in that we weren’t approved anymore due to an itic mistake made by Andrea, even though everything had already been switched over to the new apartment that we were APPROVED forApparently she can’t do simple math and somehow doubled our income which made us approved (when in reality there were incomes that should’ve been added together but they only used 1, so regardless we should’ve been approved)We were told we’d get our $deposit back, since the only reason we even put one down was because we were “guaranteed” the apartment because we were approvedAndrea told us it wasn’t an option to come pick our check up for whatever excuse she wanted to use that time so they had to mail it to us which wasn’t a big deal since she said it’d be about a weekA week went by and we had nothing so we contacted her and she had explained that checks get cut on Fridays so that it might be another weekFour fridays came and went and we still had absolutely nothingNot only had it been over a month at that point, but Andrea also decided to stop contacting us by email and not one person picked the phone up when we called multiple times over the course of a monthWe had somebody else email her thinking maybe she was ignoring us and hoping we’d forget about our checkAndrea returned her emails no problem and reassured us that she had sent the request to corporate for our check to be released “multiple times” and that it was their fault not hersAndrea is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever interacted with and also a pathological liar because we ended up contacting corporate and they had ZERO requests for our check to be releasedOn top of that, when corporate tried to contact the Green office to find out what was going on, Andrea was coincidentally no where to be found and her manager Steven had no idea what was even happeningCorporate then contacted us the following Monday to tell us that they had our check but that we had to drive all the way to Jenkintown which is almost an hour one way from where we now live, because everyone at the Green office didn’t feel safe with us picking our check up thereThese are the most unprofessional people to work with because they don’t work with you at all, they lie and then make you drive out of your way to get your money back when it should’ve been sent in the mail over a month agoThey don’t want us there not because they don’t “feel safe” but because they can’t face us when they’re the ones that screwed upIf you’re going to live here, make sure you’re working with someone other then Andrea because not only will she continuously lie to you, she’ll dodge your calls and then not reimburse you for gas when you’re cleaning up after her mistake
