at 3:30pm, the Complainant called into the office to place an order for delivery of the sale product. We advised her that we were unable to deliver the sale product to her because it was too late in the day, and that the sale ended on that day. Apparently, there was a miscommunication about our policy with Complainant. We will be happy to deliver the requested product at the sale price. Additionally, in order for the Complainant to purchase material at contractor’s pricing, a current contractor’s license with proof of ownership of the company that has the contractor’s license will be required.
