This issue was brought to our attention. We asked the Temple to allow us the time to pull up our records and request bank statements to review this matter as this is 2 years old. There response was no we are filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and contacting our lawyers unless you immediately hand...
deliver a check to our office. We are waiting for bank statements and will issue a refund if one is in order. Our understanding was that this was not an open matter and was resolved with a secretary we had on staff (no longer with us) and their office manager who seems to no longer hold that position with the Temple. Two claims we do find to be false in there complaint are one we do not recieve a monthly statement or request for refund. Secondly they were not invoiced twice, if they did pay twice which we have not verified yet it is a mistake on there end not a double invoice from out office. We have not communicated with the Temple since this complaint has been issued as they have used derogatory language in there e-mail communications to us. We are dealing with there lawyers to resolve this.
