one day I went to pick up my child from Kosasa academy and the tutor was teaching my child the word spindle but spelling it "spindal" Mrs Kosasa walked in and saw her tutor teaching my child the incorrect word and she quickly erased the board When I inquired about it, Mrs Kosasa's response was "never mind she(the tutor) was doing something else" Kosasa academy NOT recommended!

I am unsure of the purpose of Ms. [redacted]’s latest communication. Her complaint was that Kosasa Academy charged for tutorial sessions that never took place and charged for a test then would not disclose the results.  I answered her complaint as follows: Ms. [redacted] complains that Kosasa Academy charged for tutoring sessions that never took place. This complaint is disingenuous. That she has not used some of her paid sessions is entirely Ms. [redacted]’s choice. As her signed tuition agreement demonstrates, Ms. [redacted] prepaid for a package of 10 tutorial sessions for which she received a discount of $10 per session adding up to $100. This is the 5th such package Ms. [redacted] has chosen to purchase and use, so Ms. [redacted] seems to have understood and accepted the system. Ms. [redacted] may contact KA scheduler, Mr. Wagoner as she has done many times before, in order to schedule and use her prepaid tutoring sessions. In regard to Ms. [redacted]’s statement that KA “won’t refund credit” perhaps she is referencing her signed tuition contract in which she agreed to prepayment of sessions and terms limiting rescheduling then drawing the reasonable conclusion that she is bound by her contract. Regarding communication, the $400 testing was provided as a response to Ms. [redacted]’s email that she didn’t feel Ashley was improving.  I’m sorry if this wasn’t responsive enough for her. After testing, we communicated with Ms. [redacted] at length regarding our difficulties with the scoring program. The next step would be for Ms. [redacted] to communicate with KA to schedule her unused sessions. I don’t know what additional information Ms. [redacted] thinks we might have for her. I encourage Ms. [redacted] to decide if she would like to use her remaining sessions or receive a refund and let us know. We will be happy to accommodate her.

I am unsatisfied with the response from the Kosasa Academy, complaint #[redacted]. Ms Kosasa merely attached copy of the contract, which is not in dispute. The argument is that she charged for tutoring hours that my child did not receive and a test that she did during tutoring session that she charged me for. This test was specifically to show the improvement of her tutoring service which are in question.Thank you![redacted]

When I inquired about it, Mrs Kosasa's response was "never mind she(the tutor) was doing something else". Kosasa academy NOT recommended!
