Koser Jewelers is a family owned and operated business, all of our team members live in this community, and we all take great pride in the excellence of our workWe have been in business since 1952, and we sell hundreds of engagement rings every yearFrom
time to time we have to replace rings or repair rings We stand behind what we sell, and what we repair.
The ring Mrs*** is referring to was clearly damaged in some manner after the work was doneThe damage seems likely to have caused the diamond to fall out In the same way that damage to the body of car because of an accident is not covered by the dealership, we can not warranty the loss of her diamond when the mounting has been clearly impacted by a hit.
We have, and will continue to do every thing we can to resolve this situation with Mrs***We have told her we will replace the diamond at our cost We want to do what is fair for everyone concerned, and that seems like the most fair solutionHer insurance company is issuing a check to cover the cost.

I would like to close and dismiss the complaint on koser jewlers. I saw him today and he is going to be giving us a .9 D SI1 for the price the price of our .75 D SI1 diamond. It has a value of 5,500 and he will sell it to us for 4000, the amount the insurance company is giving us for the lost diamond. This complain has been resolved with out your assistance.
