I contracted Kosienski construction to install a new door with side lights, he was recommended by *** *** * *hey said he had a star rating
I had another company at the time trying to install the door, they said they wouldn't do it because the door was bowed and out of specs, I contacted *** *** who intern contacted the maker of the door, *** *** *** of MassThey wanted me to install the door, I wanted a new one, instead *** ***t has Gary from Kosienski come out and look at the door, he said the door was fine and said he could do it for $
My wife and I were desperate because the old door was removed and we had no protection
Kosienski installed the door, but the door was to out of spec , I called *** *** and complained, they sent out a tech to check the door, *** *** blamed Kosienski for the problem ,stating it was not installed correctly and Kosienski should have seen the problem but chose to ignore it

Contractor was hired to replace a roofAfter the roof replacement, the roof started leakingThe contractor claimed that this was due to the dormers, which were not part of the initial scope of workAfter an additional payment of dollars and the replacement of the siding of the dormers, flashing and application of ice and water shield, the roof continued to leakAfter payment in full, contractor was no longer responsive to complaints and would not return any phone calls

Contractor walked off job wanted even more money to finish job workmanship is of such poor quality roof still leaks garage door damaged gutter damaged he had no intention of fixing anything main beam not square job was maybe 75% done if that when he walked away got all pictures of his poor workmanship

If I could give this person/business no stars I would, but since I cannot, then a one star review it isI hired this person, and I regret that decisionHe does hap-hazard work, and has NO idea what the current codes are for buildingWe had to explain to him on several occasions on things should be doneHe also leaves his work area a disaster! My property looked like a junk heap when he left: tire marks all over my lawn, nails and screws all over the ground, paper and used bottles were found tucked under thingsNot to mention the project he did was supposed to take a month or two, ended up taking six months due to his laziness!!! It is the same person, and you will have the same issues as I did

Review: I paid a lot of money to this company, in fact Gary Kosienski wanted money every day here was here, that is thousands. He charged me $10,562.00.

My garage doors which are plain, no windows or door openers were $2,462.00. The prices were exorbitant. I found that there are no nails in the bottom step and one piece of wood is splintering. He told me twice that he wound send some one here, no one ever came. I do not think I should pay some one to do his mistakes, not after paying all that money. I paid $4,000 just for painting are fixing some wood. He I am sure used all the cheap materials he could find. His operation was cheap.Desired Settlement: I would like the mistakes fixed. He would not show, no money for him.

Review: Breach of contract for the following; Poor quality and incomplete home improvements, repairs, and construction. Damage to interior walls. Damage to new entry door from improper installation which voided manufacturers warranty and required repairs. Improperly installed garage door which leaked and required repairs. Construction debris left strewn all over and not carted away as promised. Structural and aesthetic damages and safety hazards caused by contractor [redacted].

Another contractor had to be hired to make our home safe and livable.Desired Settlement: To receive a full refund for work that was not properly completed.
