They are the bomb We had a horrible experience with another rental company (***) on Friday of Memorial weekend and basically told them to shove their disgraceful tent, tables, chairs and attitude where the sun doesn't shine Well now we are in a predicament and went to Kosin's on a Saturday morning (of Memorial Weekend) to rent chairs knowing they had no tent's available We discussed our horrible experience with *** The very pleasant and energetic ladies at Kosins made some phone calls and worked behind the scenes and found us a 20'x20' tent, which they came out the same day to set up Kosins was a great experience, and very professional, from the ladies in the office, employees who walked in with smiles and a helpful demeanor to the crew who came to set up the tent They all went through leaps and bounds to make up for a disaster, that another company caused, and they didn't have to do it, but they wanted us to walk out their door happy, and that is just what they did If you ever need any Party Rental items, Kosins is the place to go Their showroom is a work of art and they will help you with all your party needs
