Review: I rafted with this company with a group Labor Day Weekend 8/28 - 9/1/2014 and we ordered a DVD of our rafting pictures to be delivered to my office address in Illinois. Its been 4 months now and we still haven't heard back from anyone there about the transit update. I've called several times since our departure and they said "we'll give you a call back" or "I'll try to get a hold of Dale for you" or something of that sort. We prepaid also for this DVD in cash and all we want is our DVD at this point or a refund. We are very upset that we still haven't received any sort of update or call about why they haven't mailed us the DVD.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the DVD that we placed in a envelope for the management team on our last day there 9/1/2014 OR we would simply like the DVD of our pictures.
