On JanI did talk with the customer in this complaint and told her that I would send her a check & key to herI also told her that I had a mass mailing going out in weeks and that it would be in that mailingThe mailing went out on the 15th of January which was a holiday and we had
bad weather the next days with inches of snow in the areaI myself have no control over the her check for the and her key was sent CERTIFIED MAIL RETURN RECEIPTI talked to the customer on Jan 23rd and told her if she didn't get it by the 27th to call meToday is Jan I received the yellow slip in the mail today saying that she received the check and the her keyI don't think she should had reported this issue cause we had talked about the issue I was doing what I said I was going to do aboutI WOULD LIKE FOR THIS TO BE REMOVED FROM MY FILE

I am rejecting this response because:The business owner said he mailed the certified letter on January 12th.  It is true that we had a federal holiday on January 15th and snow that week, however all the rest of my mail was delivered and my residence is less than 20 miles from his place of business.  When I finally did receive the envelope, it was postmarked January 24th and I picked it up at the post office on January 27th (delivery was attempted on the 26th).  Yes, I did receive my check and key, however I still think the business owner was less than truthful with me and I still do not recommend this business.  It is very suspicious that I filed the Revdex.com complaint on January 22 and then the certified mail with check/key was postmarked just a few days later on January 24th.  I attached a photograph of it.I think the complaint should remain on file so that other customers can be aware of his practices.  I wish I had read a review prior to hiring him, or I NEVER would have done so.  I appreciate the Revdex.com for mediating this issue and I wish to have no further contact with the business owner.
