I am rejecting this response because:The business owner said he mailed the certified letter on January 12th It is true that we had a federal holiday on January 15th and snow that week, however all the rest of my mail was delivered and my residence is less than miles from his place of business When I finally did receive the envelope, it was postmarked January 24th and I picked it up at the post office on January 27th (delivery was attempted on the 26th) Yes, I did receive my check and key, however I still think the business owner was less than truthful with me and I still do not recommend this business It is very suspicious that I filed the Revdex.com complaint on January and then the certified mail with check/key was postmarked just a few days later on January 24th I attached a photograph of it.I think the complaint should remain on file so that other customers can be aware of his practices I wish I had read a review prior to hiring him, or I NEVER would have done so I appreciate the Revdex.com for mediating this issue and I wish to have no further contact with the business owner
