I have been going to kosters for my unexpected expenses and they were always good to me untill this last time... I took out a loan for 600 I made my first payment on time and called them to let them know I wasnt gonna make it on time for my second one if they could give me till monday which was 3days later and she said it was ok... Monday came around and didnt make it to kosters since I work from 9-5:30 and they close at 6 but not was I only stuck in traffic but I completly forgot about it... The following day I was at work on my lunch when they paged me that I had a call... Let me mention there is someone else thats named like me... She got the call of course before I can get to it and when she realised it wasnt for her as she has no acounts with kosters she paged me through the intercom... When I got to the phone noone was there I went back to the breakroom n realised I had a missed call from kosters.. She left me a voicemail saying... She was calling me from kosters and that she had
I took out a loan for 300 dollars and was told to wait to make payment arrangements since I lost my job. I had to move and did not hear from them until I just recvd a letter with a garnishment for 1100.00 from my new job. I even tried to do a settlement offer and was told I had to pay the full 1100.00. Thats horrible how can they charge triple what I borrowed I feel it's illegal and unfair. Shame on them for trying to rip people off.
