Kostless Stores

Review: I purschased 2 traveling bag from Kostless Stores on Friday, 1/18/2013. The bags were already wrapped in plastic so I did not need to open them because I saw the sample before purchasing. The next day in the night I was about to pack the bag because I was leaving the Tuesday morning to Jamaica on urgent family matters, I realized that the bags smelled mildewed and had mildew dust on them. That Sunday I went up to the store to return the bags when I found that they did not open on a Sunday. The Monday morning I went back to the store and was told that I could not return the bag so I asked for the store owner and the clerk gave me the number. I called and he told me that he could not give me back my money only an exchange. I told him that I did not want to exchange the bags in fear that the others maybe mildewing.I do understand thier store policy, but in this matter that the items were mildewing can pose a probloem for me the customer who has severe allergy and also to the consumers that may venture into the store. This is a serious health hazzard for which is warrant a call to the necessary authorities. I very much would like your help to get my money back and also have the tainted product remove off the shelf to prevent any problems to customers.Desired Settlement: I very much would like your help to get my money back and also have the tainted product remove off the shelf to prevent any problems to customers and have them cited for endangering customers health.
