TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN MY SERVICE TECH KEVIN WAS OUT TO THE [redacted] TO FIX LEAKING WASHER AND THE PROBLEM THAT WE FOUND WAS THE COINTRAP HOSE FROM TUB TO PUMP WAS LOOSE SO WE FIXED THAT AND THAT IS UNDER THE WASHER WHERE THE FRONT PANEL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE WASHER IS ,THEN WE GET A PHONE CALL ABOUT DAYS LATER AND CUSTOMER SAID ITS STILL LEAKING WE GO OUT THERE TO CUSTOMERS HOUSE AND KEVIN HAD TO RUN WASHER AND HE FOUND A LEAK IN FRONT OF WASHER ON BOOT TOLD CUSTOMER THAT THE BOOT WAS RIPPED OR CUT MY SERVICE GUY SAID IT WOULD COST X AMOUNT OF DOLLARS AND CUSTOMER CALLED TO COMPLAIN I OFFERED TO NOT CHARGE A SERVICE CALL BECAUSE WE WERE OUT THERE DAYS PREVIOUS THEN MY BOSS CALLED AND HE OFFERED THE ORIGINAL BACK TO HIM AND THAT WAS THE LAST I HEARD

I am rejecting this response because: I have sent in a letter, requesting the refund of $ I'm not sure why this was necessary, but it was done Once I receive the refund, I would consider this manner resolved in a satisfactory manner

we did not order the wrong part,the manufacture G E had the wrong part in the right box. we contacted them to tell them they had to pull all the boxes off the shelves and put the right part in them the customer was explained to what happened WE...

did not order the wrong part and he knows that and GE wont do anything it was their fault not ours we took care of it as fast as possible which was one day later I am sorry for his inconvenience but I did nothing wrong he is incorrect about ordering the wrong part and he knows exactly what happened

As noted in the original complaint, I gave a specific ph# and a name of who I spoke to at GE, GE directly told me the responsible party is who I bought it from, and that it Kostreba appliance. If Kostreba appliance could please get a statement from GE and DIY distributing about what they want to do, that would be greatly appreciated. As stated in the original request, I took a photo of the machine and all pertinent info, I couldn't have done anything more.

ABOUT 5 DAYS LATER AND CUSTOMER SAID ITS STILL LEAKING WE GO OUT THERE TO CUSTOMERS HOUSE AND KEVIN HAD TO RUN WASHER AND HE FOUND A LEAK IN FRONT OF WASHER ON BOOT TOLD CUSTOMER THAT THE BOOT WAS RIPPED OR CUT MY SERVICE GUY SAID IT WOULD COST X AMOUNT OF DOLLARS AND CUSTOMER CALLED TO COMPLAIN I OFFERED TO NOT CHARGE A SERVICE CALL BECAUSE WE WERE OUT THERE 5 DAYS PREVIOUS THEN MY BOSS CALLED AND HE OFFERED  THE ORIGINAL 114.00 BACK TO HIM AND THAT WAS THE LAST I HEARD.
