Kotermak Auto Transport

After doing some research online, I came across a lot of bad reviews of broker-companies that provide car shipping services. I finally found Kotermak that is not a broker, thus, the price quoted is the final price. Not only that Kotermak has an excellent customer service, they are reliable and efficient! My car was picked up on time. The driver was super pleasant, careful and knowledgeable. My emails and phone calls were answered promptly and everything went as planned. My car arrived safely on the day and time that was initially discussed.

Review: Kotermak was contracted by a certain broker RoadRunner to ship my car from Newark, CA to Cincinnati, OH. Whilst loading the vehicle on the transporter the driver damaged my front bumper and later on his second attempt dented the bumper but regained the shape back. After discussing the issue with Vlad at Kotermak, he refused to give me insurance details. This is in spite the driver writing on the Bill of Lading issued by Kotermak that the loading has been cancelled by Kotermak and he caused the damage to the car. I require Kotermak's insurance details to cover the repair of the bumper.Desired Settlement: I require Kotermak to provide insurance details.
