Kotierra Tree

[redacted] dba Kotierra Tree was working on a tree project across from my house He stopped by and offered to take down two dead oak trees for $ I agreed and he started the work The date was 9/2/ He was partially done with one of the trees and I told him I had to leave as it was the holiday weekend He asked that I leave his payment with a neighbor, but I elected to pay him and not involve my neighbors When I returned, the trees we as I left them, and I was not able to get in touch with him for three weeks The week of 9/26/16, he returned to complete the job across the road, (trees for a manufactured home community), and told me he would finish my trees after the project across the road was complete He completed the job across the road today, (10/3/16), was paid in full by them, and then left I texted him and said I wanted my trees finished up or my $returned, and he replied and said "What $500" The only thing I have in writing is his liability insuran
