On the bottom of our receipts, ALL SALES FINAL is printed in bold, and highlightedWhen a customer makes a purchase, they sign on the line below, and we verbalize the fact that they are signing to acknowledge that they have read the policy and understand that all sales are finalAs for the 'framed clause' the customer references, we also have a large sign displayed at the register that clearly states the store policy as all sales final and no returns- it is in no way unclear, and is merely a secondary clarification of what the policy clearly statesWe apologize if the customer feels that they were in any way misled, however on our end we have taken every step possible to ensure that our customers are aware of our policiesThank youBest, Chris Kotsovos Owner, Kotsovos Furs ###-###-####

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] , I took pictures of the shop, when I was told that it's the store polirerun and no refund I asked the sales girl as to where are the signs showing the store policy She pointed to the typed piece of paper on the shelf, behind the counter, and that's when I made a comment of "without my reading glasses, I cannot read it" It was a statement of my feeling, being cheated and sarcasm Can you read it in my picture? I did not see it when I purchased the dress; I only saw it on the day I tried to return the dress.The day I got the dress, the sales woman, Linda was helping another customer Linda was sitting on a chair behind the counter, on the phone placing an order for the other customer Linda told a young girl who was standing behind her, in front of the shelf blocking my view of the shelf, to complete my transaction The young girl told me to sign here and there, on the charge form and the receipt , which I did She never mentioned that I was signing the store policy, final sale and no return documents.This was my 3rd purchase from the Kotsovos, and three times the store failed to inform me the store's policy Had I known the policy, would I have bought the dresssizes larger than my wear? I was thinking to return it, if I find a better dress at other place., which is norm for women shoppers! The sales woman Linda was eager to send me to an alteration place nearby, and told me the seamstress Sue is very good But never mentioned about the store policy, "final sale".As I was leaving the store, I was very upset, and told the sales people that I will be contacting Revdex.com and file a complaint.Chris Kotsovos was not there that day, and does not seem to know much about my case Looks like the sales girl forgot to tell the owner that I took many many pictures around the store As you can see, the counter is very clean and there is no sign of any kind! The store placed it, if there's one now, after Kotsovos got my complain.? Revdex.com should send out a customer service personnel to take the picture of the counter with the sign and compare with mine!It's a matter of principle, and the brush off from Chris Kotsovos, more like a bully, is not going to work this time.For your information, I was standing in front of the left side of counter and the other customer on my right side The young girl was standing in front of the shelf, blocking my view of the shelf, and the Sign on the middle shelf Even with my glasses on , I could not have read it.Thank you so much!Warm regards, [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***
