Hello,Mrs [redacted] made her last payment on 7/10/15 and her order was placed with our fulfillment angency on 7/15/15. It does take 6-8 weeks for her subscription to start from the final payment date. She will start receiving the Enquirer no later than 9/1/15. Thank You,[redacted]

  Talked to The Week and the subscription has been extended.

We are more than happy to cancel out all the magazines she is receiving from US Periodicals. She has not nor will be charged for any of the magazines she has received. They were simply a promotion for her to try out. We will remove her name from our database today and will have no further contact...

Dear Revdex.com, We have never heard from this customer regarding any problems with service or interruption regarding the Discover magazine until we received this complaint. However since they prefer to just complain to the Revdex.com instead of calling us we would prefer to never do business with them...

again! We will refund the payment of $45.00 dollars for 3 years of service and they can pay discover direct! 2 years for the magazine thru Discover is $49.95 so they can pay them more!!!  Michael S[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,In response to Mrs. [redacted] request, We still need to see a copy of the payment she claims she made. I am sorry that her bank charges $20.00 dollars for a copy of a check, however that is not our problem. This order was done back on 7/18/12 and have only ever gotten sporadic payments!!...

Unless this account is paid in full this order will not be processed! furthermore we do not do refunds after 15 days of the first payment which is long past!! If she can provide a copy of the missing payment and pay the remaining $24.70 we will get this order processed immediatly!Thank You,[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,We are in receipt of Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint regarding the Us Weekly magazine. Mrs. [redacted] was chosen to receive the Us Weekly as a promotion "AT NO CHARGE" for a year. We have cancelled the magazine and took Mrs. [redacted] of of our promotion list and will make sure she never receives...

To the Revdex.com,FIrst off Mr. [redacted] should try calling during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS!!!! Secondly the magazine was just promotional and Mr. [redacted] was never charged or billed for this subscription to Mens Journal. We will cancel this today and make sure he is off the promotion list.Thank You,[redacted]

Nowhere did it state that my subscription would not be renewed until payment was made in full. My subscription just expired, I thought the new subscription would continue as soon as the old one did expire, that's why I sent the first payment right away. What's the use of a subscription if I have to pay full price until it's effective? BTW - it's not "Mrs."

Dear Revdex.com, The magazine she received was promotional and would have never been billed for this magazine. However, we have taken her off our list of promotions and will make sure this never happens again! We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused her and hope this solves her problem...

Dear Revdex.com, We have revewied this complaint regarding Ms. [redacted]. The US Weekly was sent to Ms. [redacted] as a promtion with no charges do for this subscription. Ms. [redacted] had signed up for the promotion over a year ago and this was the first title she was able to receive. We have cancelled this...

subscription and will take her off our promotion list and again...there were never any charges for this subscription! Thank You, [redacted]
