*** I have been trying to reach the people that were look after *** furniture
In *** when the goods were loaded there,but have been unsuccessful so far
Our driver told us that there were
things left at that garage
and the people that were there said that these didnt go with the truck
Our driver said that all *** things that were loaded in *** were delivered to her residence in ***

When our driver went to pick up the goods there was triple the
amount there as was stated by the customer
I think this is where the problem lys as the driver
*** is a very confident and capable man

He has only been trying to contact them for less than hoursThey are on holidaysI gave him a number to contact them away there is a hour time diffrence in time he needs to keep that in mindThere was nothing left in the garage except garbageIt has taken me months to have anything done about this and it is not fair*** *** has not seems to be very informed about what went on in the moveThe items that came off the truck were done in a very rushed confusing manor and nothing was checked off or countedI was informed that the movers were suppose to have me do that, no one didI know exactly what I am missing and have several people verify that the stuff was packed and out on the truck

Don't know really what to say about this situation,but I am still trusting that our driver
took everything off the truck that was loaded for the said customerThe other customers that were on the truck were checked to see if they had anything that was not theirsIf the customer feels confident that they did not receive all their goods, what can I say? I feel sadden that a situation like this has occurred after sixteen years of unblemished service

This response does not indicate what corse of action the company will takeWe I trusted the company and paid them in full, before the move, and I don't believe I should be held accountable because they fails to provide the full service they suppose to by getting our items safely deliveredAgain we have a lead pain for th delivery of the lost items, so not only are we out the value of the items *** Our items were moved from a few smaller trucks to the bigger trucks twice and had made several stops along the way it is not hard for something to go missing mistakenlyI do not believe anything was purposely lostBut accidents do happenAnd the company was pain to do a job and filed to ensure it was done properlyI have two people to defend that there was nothing left behindI don't know what happen when it was in the movers responsibility I was not thereThe point is that the company failed to do this in the proper manner and my items were not counted when it was taken off, I was not even given a list of items until everything was done so I do not believe that the fault is on our sideThat is there job it is what we paid them forThis issue could have resolved long time ago but the company don't respond to emails or answers the phone, so there was only so much I can doI just want the company to take responsibility for the job they took on*** Again we hired this company cause our family personally knows the drivers, and we were told that everything had been taken from the garage*** has not take may steps to look into my proof and the fact the the owner acknowledged that the company was in the wrong because the items were not counter, I believe it is the owners responsibility to replace all the items, and should also replace the cost of the delivery of the items alsoAgain there is a lot of boxes and containers mossing it not just one box but severla missing
