I can neither accept or reject the response from the business, since I have a part 'complaint' If they show up on Thursday and the repair is made as discussed with *** *** on June 4, 2014, then we can go from there Until that time, I can not comment

I have used Kovach Roofing for homes and an industrial building roof repairsI refer them to anyone who wants quality service using only the best materialsThey have integrity and completely stand behind there workI made the mistake of using someone else and the company left a huge mess on my property and took an excessive amount of time to complete the jobKovach Roofing is quick and clean! I don't know why anyone would use another company

I requested an estimate to repair a leaking chimneySomeone arrived to give the estimate, and said we needed to contact the office to schedule an appointment to have the work doneMy wife did all that, and they sent us a proposal contractWe signed it and faxed it back to them the nest dayWe made repeated phone calls to find out when the work would be doneThey never answered nor returned our callsA weeks later we received a letter saying the person who gave us the quote was no longer with the companyThey sent someone else out to look at the job, and he informed us he couldn't do itWe called the office and the said they had no one to do that kind of work anymore, and that the person who gave us the quote was terminated from the company, and they had no one else to do the workTo me this is a breach of contractHow can you let someone go and not have a qualified replacement to not fulfill your contractsNot only is this a breach of contract but advertisingThey advertised that they do chimneys then they say they have no one qualified to do the workBEWARE before you try to use this place

So we have been customers for probably close to years between my house and my parents houseNot only are they the most honest company you could hire, but they go out of their way to diagnose the problem and to make sure that it's done correctlyMy parents have all their maintenance work done yearly through Kovach and they have never had a problem with their roofyears ago when we bought our home, Christian was able to diagnose (what a home inspector missed I should add), a defective roof shingle by a major manufacturer roofing company AND not only was he able to assist me with paperwork to get a credit; I was able to upgrade my roof and he did not take any additional money for me and waited until the credit was provided to Kovach Roofing by the companyI don't know how much more honest you can getThere is something to be said about a company that does not charge a customer $4,in the difference of a new roof because of a defect that they were not responsible for, rather they held the manufacturer responsible and advocated for me as their customerWe have seen a difference with our home and the energy efficiency with the year shingle Christian recommendThese folks are the real deal and I would recommend them without any reservation

We removed the shingles from the area
We removed the section of damaged wood
We installed new wood
We installed a roof vent at no charge
We reinstalled new shingles to this area
We removed all debris
We completed what we discussed with Ms*** at the July 3, appointment

I am rejecting this response because:
I will not accept any response until the work has been completed as originally discussed on June 4, 2014.  If it is not completed by Saturday, July 12,2014, I will file the necessary paperwork for small claims court.

Review: I contracted Kovach Roofing to install a new roof on my residence, which came with a 15 year warranty. I had them come back out May of this year (within the time limit) as I have a leak in my roof that needs repair. I was given an estimate, was told wrong shingles were on the roof (they did the shingles),yet told to contact the office, since it would be covered under warranty.Several calls have been placed within the month time span and to date, still no repair has been made. Every call that has been made (with the exception of one on June 4th) has gone ignored. With all the rain we've been having, a bad situation is becoming worse.Desired Settlement: I simply want a response with a date when the repair, under the warranty, will be completed. I need the repair completed and quickly. I wish to have this taken care of sooner vs later, as now this has created additional work and I would like to address but can not since it's still leaking. I don't believe this is an unreasonable request.
