I spoke with the owner, Mr. Tom Koval today and we explained our respective positions on the matter to each other. I am not satisfied with his position to not refund us any money towards our overall expense, as I feel he should help defray our costs to fix what he did not do. No need to pursue any further as he has refused to give us any money back.
I agree that we were contracted to complete the work on the lights as per the property managers instructions, the work was completed in the suggested manner, we were never asked again to come back and do any further repairs or informed that the repairs made did not correct the issue.[redacted]...
