Kovarik True Value Hardware

After inspecting the products, we realized that the attaching hardware was missing along with no packaging, The gentlemen that brought the products back did not stay at the store because he did not have the credit card that belonged to a relative of hisHe left the window well covers at the storeThat is why we had time to inspect themWe were busy at the time he brought them in and did not realize they was missing parts until after the gentlemen left the premises Thank You [redacted] ***

Mr***'s window well covers were a special order. It is stated on every sales receipt "5" day special order return in original packaging/not damaged. Mr*** *** returned the window well covers with a sandwich bag containing some of the hardware (screws and clamps).
No packaging accompanied the window wells, no manufacturer info. Missing pieces of hardware that came with each cover. weeks after the purchase date. Thank you, *** *** **

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Why did they sign the receipt to refund the purchase less 10%???? They should have not agreed to that in the first placeI included the signed copy with the original dispute ...
