In December of our son bought a Dodge Ram truck at Kovatch FordIt was purchased at sticker price because our son has issues understanding business dealings and we feel the sales person took advantage of his situationOur son drove around with his purchased truck for weeks until we realized the truck had no inspection stickerOur son then called Kovatch and instead of them telling him to bring the truck in that day they gave him an appt for the following weekHe could have gotten a fine for their negligenceWithin months this truck was returned to Kovatch for repair of heater fan blower, replace ignition switch and pigtail for which a bill was rendered for $which our son paid with our helpThe tires were in very poor conditioner on date of purchase, shortly after purchase rust spots were appearing where paint had been applied to hide the rust spots and within the last months the left front hub was replaced and the axle has to be replaced also, and on the right front side the hub has to be replacedAlot of work was done and is to be done on a vehicle which was suppose to only have 65,miles on itKovatch Ford was called in early part of to complain about this purchase, to the office managerHe was in no way sympathetic to our complaintsWe just want this on record to show that Kovatch is selling verhicles which are in bad condition and that they SOLD A VEHICLE WITH NO INSPECTION STICKER ON THIS VEHICLEWHAT DEALERSHIP DOES THIS????? Just wanted to inform anyone that is planning to buy a car at KOVATCH FORD in Nesquehonng, PA, THINK AGAIN and you might want to look elsewhere for Better service. We spent over $27,000 dollars for a USED 2012 Daimler Chrysler, which included $2500 for a warranty because although the car was only 3 years old, it came with NO DEALER WARRANTY, NONE. After signing the papers we asked for the keys and the salesmen told us there was only one key, he said, THIS IS NO BIG DEAL YOU CAN GET ONE made AT ANY DEALER. Yah, $235 to get a second key made 3 days after we bought the car. Less than 2 months after we bought the car, BIG TIME PROBLEMS, EVERYTHING IN THE CAR SHUT DOWN, ( lucky we were not hurt) long story short, had to have it towed to Kovatch. .According to the mechanic, we would only be charged the $100 deductible to fix it, got the bill, IT WAS$185.00. And now there is a clicking noise in the dashboard! Called to speak to a manager and he was very rude and just about told me Tough luck, that's what you get when you buy a used car, you would be paying hundreds if you didn't have the warranty, I CORRECTED HIM AND TOLD HIM I HAVE ALREADY PAID hundreds, 25 hundreds for the warranty and now another $500 for repairs. HOPE ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CAR WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYING AT KOVATCH!
