life, my company and I will be glad to perform the work that you contracted us to do. I have your materials in hand and will keep them reserved and ready for you. As they are custom fit for your bathroom it is not possible that I return them to the manufacturer and can therefore not possibly refund your down payment. However when you are ready to have the work performed simply call us and let us know and we will enter your job at the top of our queue. Thank you and I wish you the best.

This is not a custom order. We were told that the wall sheets were common stock in 4x8 sheets and would be cut as necessary when applied. The flooring was common sheet size as well. Your sympathies and willingness to assist later, however, do not take care of outstanding and incurring bills. Bills mother passed on March 9, 2016 and we now have a funeral to pay for. Again this is not a custom order as stated and could be returned.

We would like to see the invoice for the materials that you say were special ordered and can't be returned. Since we have "purchased" them we would like to go ahead and receive them at this time.

I understand that you have had a life altering event happen in your family and I can certainly appreciate that. I am in complete understanding that you don't have the money to finish paying for the remodeling project that you hired us for. Even so we are ready, willing and able to honor the agreement that you made with us when you recover from this financial difficulty. However as the terms and conditions of the contract state: the deposit that you made with us is Non-Refundable 72 hours after the signing of the contract and by doing so you are authorizing us to order the materials required for your project. We have your materials on hand, We will not be issuing you a refund and we will be ready to handle your project when you are ready for us to do so.
