I have rented office space at *** since 2012. Service has become terrible there. The internet goes down constantly. There has been water damage to my windowsill for a year and I have told management about it at least 6 times and it still has not been repaired. It looks horrible! There are dead cockroaches in the hallway from time to time. They have been re-habbing the place and the worker noise is terrible. The rehab has cut down the whole building to one toilet and it is usually clogged which stinks up the whole bathroom. I can not run my business here anymore. I told them August will be my last month and they (*** and *** tell me that I have to stay until December. Again, I started here in February 2012. The last time any agreement was made was in January 2016. The conditions of this building are horrible and requests for repair go ignored. Now they tell me that I have to stay until December or they will send the matter to collections.

Other (requires explanation) I want to leave this building at the end of this month (August 2019) and I want return of my $645.00 services retainer I paid in January 2012. I want no further harassment from this company after I leave. No further efforts to collect rent.
