As stated in our FAQ's, all claims for damaged, defective, or missing product(s) must be notified to Koyal Wholesale with in & business days of reveiving the order. The customer contacted us 9 months later on July 1, 2014 and claimed the wedding arch was defected. We want our customers to be 100% happy with their order, and we will do our best to workwith them to replace or refund any items that they are not fully satisfied with.
 Due to the fact that the customer was extremely upset, we were more than happy to accommodate her needs by proving a full refund on the product as well as partial shipping charges. On July 1, 2014, we issued a refund of $42.57. Please see attached copy of the transaction ID# [redacted], which confirms a refund has been provided, as Exhibit #2.

Review: Item ordered was an 8 foot lighted wedding arch. There is a three foot section that does not light.

Order date was September 22nd 2013. I have tried to resolve this with the company but they said there was nothing they could do. Model # is D5209-06 wedding arch with light. Invoice # is [redacted]. Sales rep not listed but packed by initials **. Cost of item was around $40.00. We ordered this item and did not take it out of the box until we set it up. The product has a three foot section on one side that does not light and the information in the products box states that if one light is burnt out or does not light, the rest will still light. Obviously we were sent a defective product and I want my money back.Desired Settlement: Full or at minimum a partial refund.
