Review: Purchased memory for my computer. it came with a lifetime guarantee. 2 years later, 1 of the sticks of memory went bad. I contacted the seller was told they would replace it, just send it back. They gave me an RMA. I sent it back certified so I coauld track it. Once it showed it was received, I emailed them multiple times and have yet to hear back from any of them. Still have not seen another stick or heard back from them. ebay will not do anything because of the time elapsed since the initial purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send me a replacement stick or pay me for the cost of shipping the stick back to them.
