have written the check and signed off. We were not abusive in any way. This woman would not let me talk and was degrading to me after she went home and later called me. No one else was blamed. We didn't cover the hole in a hurry. It was 1700 on a Friday night and we were loosing sunlight and we don't leave 6 foot holes open overnight. After work was completed, I was called back to look at the overflowing toilet six days later. The tenant clearly stated to me that one of the several kids that lived there was flushing full rolls of toilet paper. I could tell this was true because there were wet piles all over the floor from the toilet being clogged. He later denied saying this to his landlord/sister-in-law. This is a family owned business. There is nothing wrong with doing work under a contractor's license. On top of it, the contractor's license wasn't even used in this case and [redacted] doesn't own the business. [redacted] asked that the work be done in the cheapest way possible as they had to pay $5000 a few years back. She didn't want equipment out or permits pulled so I couldn't complete the job as I would have liked to. [redacted], the licensed plumber, was on site at the job and the tenants saw him there. We came out on Monday, April 14th, to talk about the repair so they would understand but again, the woman told me shut up and was very rude.I'm the educated plumber and she wouldn't let me explain. Smacking my hands down as I was trying to speak. When I came on the 14th, I had a new proposal of work written to let me do the t but, I couldn't talk.
We spent money on material, locators, camera, laborers, several hours rodding the sewer from all angles up to 150 feet out, pulling toilet and rodding those, running sinks and taking all measure to ensure the blockage was cleared and the sewer was repaired. They paid for the work we did. They have been harassing over and over again when we did what we could by how [redacted] requested. We never stated that we called the building inspector. We stated that we would so they could come out and explain to them since they wouldn't listen to me. They did not want me to do so as there are about 9 people living in a small, ranch style home including several children. They were very concerned about the health department being called as the home isn't suitable for the amount of people living there. They didn't want DCFS involved. They have made several threats to us and stating we need to go to jail and we stole. They have been very harassing and I don't appreciate their continual threats from her husband. He wasn't involved and didn't write the complaint but has made all the harassing comments on voice mails. However, they just wouldn't let me talk or explain.

As you can see even in his respond he threats us again.
I would like to just stick to the facts.
First we did have a contract with KOZ PLUMBING INC. Here is their contractor license number XXX-XXXXXX. The license is under his father [redacted]). In the contract it states dig up main sewer on outside of foundation connect to existing sewer with 4" CI/PVC Non shoer. Install 4' two way T for rod. 3/4 gravel test and rod out. What he did was change the contract to his liking. I do not agree to this at all. Thats when he became very very abusive to me. The reason I paid him because I didn't know what he would do next. The reason I had he write paid in full because he want $600.00 more. I refuse. I paid by check and wrote it out to KOZ PLUMBING INC. I put a stop payment ,but was to late. Had them trace the check and it was deposit in KOZ PLUMBING ACCOUNT.
He stated when he came out on the 14th of April with another contract why would I want to pay more when he didn't do the first contract right. He just wanted more money.
I would like to know why he didn't rod it out when it back up again. The reason was he did not fix it at all. He said he called the city inspector, will we went to see the inspector at city hall. Guess what said he got no call about this or nobody came in to see him except us.
I asked him about a permit, but he said not to worry about it, because he had to dug down about 2 ft. I question him about that since we have a basement. He said the neighbor went down that far. I did not care if he had to bring in a back hole I want it done correctly. He said if the inspector came around he would pay the fine of $200.
As you can see we had a different plumbing contractor to come in to fix it right. The contractor we had is [redacted] . PHONE NUMBER IS 1-8OO-XXX-XXXX. What the plumper found when he dug up their repair he was shocked. He called Dave up who owes KOZ PLUMBING and told him what he found. He told him to return our money that it was not not even fix at all. He said he would see about it.
When [redacted] DUG UP THE REPAIR.WHICH WAS ONLY 2 FT. DEEP. THIS IS WHAT HE FOUND. THE SEWER PIPE THAT HAD THE SADDLE ON WAS NOT EVEN BROKEN OR CRACKED. THE SEWER PIPE DID NOT GO TO THE MAIN SEWER LINE, BUT WAS AN OLD SEWER PIPE THAT WENT TO AN OLD SEPTIC TANK. THAT HAS BEEN IN USE FOR 30 PLUS YEARS. THEY ALSO CUT THE SADDLE IN HALF WHICH NOT LEGAL TO DO. THERE WAS NO ROCKS AT ALL.
WE COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS. THAT IS WHY HE WOULD NOT COME OUT TO FIX IT ON APRIL 14TH. HE TOOK OUR MONEY,BUT DID NOTHING AT ALL TO EARN IT. HE SCAM US

I even let a back hole on the property to dug the hole. Did he say I wouldn't. that's funny.
We have a letter from the plumber who did the work.
We have letter stating how he treated [redacted] and the threats he made against [redacted]
I still want a refund of $2300. PLUS $100 they came him the night before. Or I want to pull his SURETY BOND, WHICH HE HAS TO HAVE TO BE
A PLUMBER CONTRACTOR IN ILLINOIS. Which Dave or [redacted] will not give us any information about THE BOND.

I also found out he is not a licensed plumber but a apprentice that his father sponsor him
