Hello good evening this is anil pfrom kozy inn we had a guest she was checked inn on 09/02/to 09/03/she paid one room for one night which is we charge $including tax plus we charge $security deposit.total we charge $including tax and depositShe did not paid $i have the payment folio with her sign.if you need it I can fax it to you.After couple of hours she found bedbugs in room we told her we will give you Half money back and next day we check everything in room if we found bugs than we will give you half money back again.so she say yes so we gave her $and her depost money $back and she sign on folio also for her refund money.next day we check everything in room we did not found any bugs most of the time some people bring with them too.we spend money for cleaning plus we spray chemical, we change new mattress,because of her complain.but we will willing to give her half money backshe talk with bad word with the manager also.if you have contact with this guest tell her to stop by in office and we will giving rest of the moneywe do not want any bad flag on our business.so please tell herthank you .and have a nice weekand

was emergencyMr*** called the hotel couple of week ahed and reserved the room.and we gave him price $plus tax per night for nonsmoking double roomwe charge same amount what we told him on price customer have to pay sales tax tooas per customer receipt if customer asked for paper receipt we give it to themmy understanding Mr.*** did not asked for paper Receipt,but any way I am sending you a copy of receipt.now about air condition there is a wall thermostat in that room thats why there is no know on the unit.and that air condition unit work very well I checked by my self.also we rent that room couple of time we have no complains about the air-condition.we just had a new carpet its only year and half old ,its new carpet.it is not dirty,plus we have fire department and health department inspection every year there is no bedbugs in room plus I went and check everything in room.if you need more detail please call me on cell ***
