Review: We puchased our dog [redacted] from [redacted] Kozypetsrescue at unleashed by [redacted] in Citrus Heights, CA for $180.00. We were not able to pick our dog up, so we asked to have our dog fixed and her rabies shot complete before we could pick up. When we were ready to pick her up, we got a text back saying our dog had passed away suddenly. When I contacted [redacted] back, she did try to ask us if we would like to check other dogs instead of refunding our money back. I asked for the refund back. Several times by text and voicemail my wife and I asked for our refund back and gave our address. Several weeks went by and we still did not receive our refund back. Again texting her back, asking where our refund was. She now said she sent out a cashier's check (personal not company) and that we cashed the check. We let her know several times we did not receive her check nor did we cash it. She accuses us of pulling a fast one on her to send another check out....we don't even believe the dog even passed and don't believe she even sent the refund out. She has not sent us any proof. It has now been over two months and we have been drug through an emotional roller coster not being able have our dog at home that we already puchased her clothes and more and no refund.

These people are extortionissts. They have been paid back by myself personally. [redacted] is a volunteer of mine that has nothing to do with this. They know this. They have been sent several certified letters staying they have been paid in full. After I paid them, everything was fine for about a month them they found out we were no longer doing business (we are a private one person animal rescue not a business) and they then sent my volunteer a childish scribbled hand written letter demanding random amounts of 185,200 and 500 dollars. They were sent a response letter back. These people are not right upstairs and have no business filing anything when they have been paid in full. The next step is a harassment suit against them if they don't knock it off. [redacted]

This was from [redacted] (Volunteer). We did not receive a personal check from [redacted], nor did we receive any certified letters from [redacted]. We have given our address to her several times, and our address is on our contract which is attached. [redacted] is a volunteer and her signature is on our contract that I signed. If her signature is on our contract without her knowledge, and you signed this with her name, then this is also fraud. [redacted] has said she wrote a personal check instead of a company check because she was on vacation at the time and did not have one with her. She wrote this to my wife [redacted]. She also said [redacted] has cashed this check. It is impossible for [redacted] to cash a check at this time.When I first heard our dog has passed away, I contacted [redacted]. She was sympathetic and empathetic to our situation as I was to hers. Unfortunately, she did not offer us any reimbursement. I had to push for this. She kept pushing for us to look for another dog instead. A few days later, I asked for the money back as did my wife. We provided our address one more time. Two weeks went by and we contacted her again and she did respond she sent a personal check to us already and I hope you guys are playing any games. A few more days passed, and still no check. Contacted [redacted] again and she says that [redacted] cashed this check and I will get proof and send to you. No proof ever sent. 2. Look, I don't owe Revdex.com anything and these people are irrational extortionists. They sent my Volunteer a demand letter for $185, $200 and $500 (i believe those were the amounts) now they want "mental anguish" on a dog they never wanted! They adopted her, refused to take a picture with their new pet, refused to take her home becuase the female owner didnt want to have 'vet germs" on the dog. She said they had squirrels in the yard and this and that. I gave them a discount on adoption , IF they spayed her and got her vaccinated her, then they wanted ME to do it because the Mrs. told me she had a stroke and can't drive. So I agreed to eat it on that cost. These people have been paid twice. [redacted] is unable to retreive the copy of the cashiers check (i have gone to upper management) they did confirm it was cashed. They second was I went to their house. Talked to the Mrs. IN PERSON . We talked for over 30 minutes and even talked about another dog. They mention a dog named [redacted]? There WAS no dog named [redacted] adopted from us. They never had custody of the dog. They REFUSED it. These guys are acting very scammish asking for different amounts and now mental anguish. Give me a break. Everyone at this adoption event warned me about these 2 and I told them all they were fine, just a little different. I should have listened to everyone because these people are total scam artists. You can tell them that I am going to sue them for harassment and defamation. The Mr. needs to talk to his wife about this. I have enclosed the letter sent when I first learned they were bypassing me and harassing my volunteer. These people are NOT RIGHT. I am sick and tired of waking up to replies, banters and Revdex.com emails. Revdex.com is on the cusp of harassment as well to even enterain them. These people are the reason frivilous lawsuits happen and waste everyones time. Looking for an easy dollar! I am going to CC my attorney this letter and all mailings. I am done being harassed and wasting my time defending something that I made right a long time ago.
