Our images come directly from a [redacted] server This Virus has nothing to do with us and rather sites or downloads that people visit This Virus has been written up in the newspapers and online I would be concerned that he gave his credit card to [redacted] for lifetime protection as that was the scam and would cancel his credit card ASAP I would recommend that the customer Download Malwarebytes.com for free or buy antivirus but I am certain that the number that showed up on his screen was a scam and recommend he cancel his credit card for the $charge We would be happy to reload the customers machine with a clean image

We spoke with Sam on Friday and he mentioned that his screen was flipping - for which we advised him there is a quick fix for that and our tech can walk him through locking his screen orientation After that he mentioned that he will keep the unit on Monday he called again and said that he wants to return or exchange the unit (but no mention of any other problems We told him that we will send him and RMA which is automated for a customer to send back a unit We are not [redacted] and our system does not automatically send a prepaid label (however we were going to send to the customer) No more than minutes after the automated email went out he called our offices and began screaming and cursing at our representatives without giving us a chance to say anything and to tell him that we were sending him a Label Our rep at that point could not listen to be screamed at on the phone and she needed to hang up We will be happy to refund the item once it is received back in our warehouse in good physical condition But Cancelling a Credit Card charge for something we will take back would just be considered stolen goods and other authorities will need to be contacted

I am mad at myself for buying a refurbished device.it has been cleaned up now no need for that from you

We offered to send a replacement keyboard and mouse to the customer We send brand New IMICRO keyboards with all of our machines Customer decided that they did not want the machine and sent it back at their own expense We do not reimburse for return shipping - we offer free
shipping to our customers Also not sure why it was so expensive to ship back for the customer Should have only been around $18-$to ground ship

The business finally called me yesterday (Melissa) after I complained to your office, and Melissa sent me a pre-paid shipping label, and I shipped the computer back to the company, and waiting for my refund and apology.I want to explain simply that some of the things mentioned in the Business response above are and does not reflect what exactly happenedAs mentioned in the business response “We spoke with Sam on Friday and he mentioned that his screen was flipping - for which we advised him there is a quick fix for that and our tech can walk him through locking his screen orientation”.” That part did happen, and I tried to ask why this happened by itself while the laptop on my lap in a position,and it cannot be sitting as claimed by customer services, I mentioned to the customer service that there are other problems about the power shut off by itself, and the screen brightness change (please see my original complaint for details).When I called on Monday the customer service person told me there is no record that I called on Friday (I wonder no records to follow up with customer issues), and I explained again all issuesFinally, the representative agreed to send me shipping labels (not pre-paid, just approval to return label), then when I tried to ask if the company will pay for shipping, the representative hang upSo I called to ask if the company will pay for shipping but the lady hang up as I am askingThen I called again hoping to speak with a different customer service who is not angry, but my bad luck it was the same angry representative who threatened me that she will call the police if I call again (never seen a company in my life threatening a customer who is trying to get information).I have E-mail to and from Refurbee that proof that the buisness is aware of all problems and initially the buisness wanted me to pay for shipping, only after my complaint Melissa from Refurbee sent me the pre-paid label ( I did not know how to attach E-mails but let me know If I can sent in separate E-mail.1) E-mail sent to the business on Friday, **NOV,mentioning all problems with the computer, although the business claims I never mentioned about all 3problems.2) E-mail sent from Refurbee telling me about only the Return authorization number and asking me to pay for shipping, I got the pre-paid shipping label only after I filed the complaint with your office.Both E-mails tells you who statement is correct

It just seems odd that the technicians kept telling me that it is not good to buy refurbished devicesSomething they were looking at made them keep saying it.Just before that I was on the phone w/ my internet provider because I was having trouble accessing my service agent utility to download the subscribed to anti-virus software.I haven't touched the laptop sinceI am afraid to ....
