I also have an Engineer present at my house as I type I will have documentation where the product is issue Then, the insurance company can battle you.How dare you ask someone to strip siding from their home and send it to you just to prove you're liable The Engineer has never heard of such craziness.Do the right thing Honor your product Honor your job Honor your company Honor your customer

 Their requirement for submitting the claim with the sample siding is ridiculous.I have no ability to take the siding out  my house as serving the sample purpose and my house will be damaged and leak by taking the sample siding out. I need to hire the professional to do these and that will cost over $300 to take the sample off my house and another $300 put them back to my house.  This requirement will prevent any consumer from sending the claim to them. They could make it simple by just having someone come to see the damage in my house. They should just allow me to send the photo instead.
