I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAs I explained in my initial complaint, KP Carbs was e-mailed a copy of my receipt for the repair work I needed to have done on the carburetor so Mr*** is fully aware of the work that was performedThe receipt is on company letterhead and dated and itemized with the company phone number and addressMr*** was made aware that he was fully able to contact the technician who worked on the carburetor if he had any further questions about the repair workAlso there were no "nasty" e-mails sent on my part, Mr*** simply stated he was not going to respond to my inquires about a partial refund anymore I am only asking for what I am due Regards, *** ***
