The complaint is about my contractor. He did not give me the product that I requested. He chose a laminate product instead of engineered hardwood. Violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, including making false, misleading or deceptive representations and warranties, or participating in false, misleading, or deceptive acts or practices.Product_Or_Service: [redacted] 7/16" x 43/4&Desired SettlementI would like a refund of $7,265.68 from [redacted] with K&P Color Works and would like everyone else to know that he does not finish his work as a contractor. He also does concrete floors.
