Front gutter on home was leaking all winter, depositing excess water under sidewalk.   Sidewalk heaved & cracked due to excessive water freezing.  Told customer that I could fix it for him, but was to busy this year.  His contract was signed, no...

deposit given and no date to do work given.  Customer started threatening me, so I told him we would be unable to do his job.  Crack is not our responsibility due to gutter leaking roof water onto sidewalk.  This causes saturation on sub-grade and heaving.  Customer was happy with job done, but we are unable to deal with threats.
