KP Pool Service and Repair

KP Pool Service and Repair their license is listed under AAA Services. I have a home warranty with Choice Home Warranty and called Choice Home to open a claim regarding my pool. Choice Home assigned the claim to AAA Services (KP Pool Service) where the owner of the company John P hung up on me as did his receptionist that works there after screaming at me telling me that they are not going to make the appointment today scheduled for 3/8/18, between the hours of 11 - 3 p.m. Back in September of 2016 they didn't show up for an appointment and never called or apologized. I would not do business with this company EVER. They've been reported to Choice Home Warranty to have them removed as a vendor of services since they are rude and very unprofessional. Save yourself from the experience of having to deal with this unprofessional company.
