We were very sorry to receive this complaint and believe there was some sort of miscommunication We received the application from *** *** on September 12, We understood she was very anxious to have her car on the property In an effort to assist her with this wish
while we processed her application we provided her with a temporary parking pass to use in her car The temporary pass was provided to her on September 14th On September 23rd we mailed her the parking passes On September 29th we asked if she had received the passes She stated she had not received the passes. We have had some issues with mail being delivered to this property in the past We have noticed that some of the mailbox locks are broken These locks are an owner maintenance item, not part of the common elements that we are to manage I noticed today that her lock is broken and the mailbox stays open It is possible the original passes we mailed fell out or were taken by someone I have attached a copy of the original application we processed.Per the email correspondence I had with *** on Thursday, September 29th, I personally delivered new parking passes to her unit and taped them to her door This was the manner of delivery she requested We have asked *** to confirm receipt of the parking passes so that we can close out this issue Thank you,Jonathan A***, CMCA, AMS, Community ManagerVice PresidentKPA Management

Review: KPA failed to renew their FHA certification in December of 2012. They waited until February 14, 2013 to submit the paperwork. Was promised the issue would be resolved and the FHA certification would be reinstated within 30 days. Upon speaking to [redacted] last week he stated that it would be another 30 days for the certification to come through. Leaving me unable to sell my house to my FHA qualified house. [redacted] then went on to tell me it wasn't his issue and that it would be ready when it was ready. A neighbor called and was told a different timeline for certification as well. We pay them 150$ a month for little. They don't trim the bushes or change the light bulbs, they rarely mow the lawn on time but at least then we could have at least closed on our homes. Now I am at risk of losing the house I am purchasing because KPA cannot maintain their certifications.Desired Settlement: Refund of all COA fees since December 2012, waive the settlement documentation fees since they failed to do their job.
