Hi, My name is [redacted] , President of Fine Swiss Watch RepairI would like to respond to the complaint made against me by [redacted] It is true that she left her [redacted] watch with me on June 24, 2016, and that a week later she approved the repairThen she goes on to say that she needed her watch back by the end of AugustI Never would have promised to have her watch finished by then, because I have at least a month back log of workI can no longer answer my phone because all people do all day long is call and ask if Their watch is ready, and can They have it by a certain time for some event in Their livesI am no longer going to put any customer in front of anotherBecause then the few people who don't call; I cannot ever get to their watchThis is Not fair to those customersI have spent the Entire day just answering questions for all of my customers and not being able to get any work doneEveryone must wait their turn nowShe say's she has no way of knowing if I am here and may have disappearedShe just wants to get me on the phone and then engage in pushing me to do her watch before other customersThis is self evident when she says in desired settlement that "I want to know when I can come pick up my watch." She can come get her watch Any time she wants, I am not keeping it from herIn fact she has picked it up on 9/01/Another example of her trying to push me to do her watch first is when she blogged on [redacted] reviews, "My next stop may have to be the Revdex.com"Her first attempt to push meThank You for your time, [redacted]

watch back by the end of August. I Never would have promised to have her watch finished by then, because I have at least a 2 month back log of work. I can no longer answer my phone because all people do all day long is call and ask if Their watch is ready, and can They have it by a certain time for some event in Their lives.
