Cancelled subscription on 8/23/ Have not received refund
When I cancelled my subscription I was told it would take 6-weeks to receive a refund I have not received my refund and it has been more than weeks I called on 11-1-and had to leave a message I called on 11-2-and had to leave a message I called 11-3-and had to leave a message No message has been returned and I have not received my refund

I have called KPC media six times in the last two months and requested that they not throw their Smart shopper paper in my drive and it did not stop
I contacted KPC media about this same issue two winters ago but the problem continuedThen came a day that we had a bit of rain then tempsdropped causing the paper to freeze, then we had snow that drifted over the paper and when I hit it with my snow blower it damaged my snow blower beyond repairI have contacted KPC six times in the last eight week asking them to stop the delivery of this paper but it has continued

The circulation department messed up my vacation suspension again!

August 1, 2017 was the first time I had received notice of this complaint. We are very sorry about the issue of this delivery problem. As our carriers are Independent Contracts, we always inform them of all customer requests and it is their...

responsibility to meet those requests. We have documented the service issue of the past and the missing Monday, June 26, 2017 publication. We will also credit this subscribers account for the missed newspaper. We have noted the prior service complaints in the case that a new Independent Contractor ever take over this route. Our goal continues to try to provide all our subscribers with the best local newspaper and best possible service. As with all our over 10,000 home delivery subscribers, we will continue to try to meet each of their delivery expectations. We truly regret this issue has happened and will continue to try to improve the delivery our your newspaper each day.
