Our Service call fee is $this includes the first hour of work and $an hour after thatIn both the estimate and the final invoice under Labor line it states "This estimate is based on time and material and is subject to change"The labor hours often change from job to job depending on the scope of work once we are on site, same with the material costThe estimate written was off of what *** explained he wanted done over the phoneWe were on the job for a total of hours, the first hour is included in the service call fee and every hour after is $85.00, Which again it states on both the estimate and final invoiceThere was also $in material usedWe have exchanged over emails explaining the charges to *** but he refuses to accept our billing rates even though everything was clearly written in the estimate. service call fee of $170.00 additional hours $x 2= $170.00Material $60.00Total job cost= $400.00Let it be know we DO NOT charge $and hour that he continues to claim, We charge a service call fee initially of $which includes the first hour of work and the $an hour after that

We Met With The Customer Discussed The Amount Of Work That He Wanted Done, We Wrote An Estimate He Signed And Returned The Estimate, After Work Was Completed An Invoice Was Sent And Now He Is Disputing The Amount, He Is Slandering My Company With The Revdex.com & Social Media. My Rates Are Not What He...

Is Alleging They Are And I Can Validate That With Years Of Estimates And Paid Invoices If Needed. All Rates Were Laid Out for The Customer As Well As Inclusions, Exclusions, Payment Terms, And Warranty.

I am rejecting this response because: You say that he was there for 3 hours.  He showed up just prior to 1:00.  I gave him a tour of the house and what needed to be done.  He said he would have to run to the shop to get some materials and was not back until close to 1:50 and then completed his work at 3:45.  So his working time was a little less than two hours and not 3.
