This hole opposite the sagging caused the short side of the rectangle to fall down away from the ceiling because there is now no support- nothing to hold it upI have a long pole supporting that section of the ceilingThe whole section didn't start to fall down until after the large hole caused by falling plywood was made in my bedroom ceiling by your companyAs you can see the hole your worker made is quite big. The hole measures 16" across and 25" long!!!Because SIDE A was already sagging and there was a large hole made on the top right corner of SIDE C - this caused SIDE B to totally fall and break away because there was no longer any support on either sideThis whole section is being held up by a support poleI have another pic which I will send in the next emailForgot to attach itShows hole from another angle

KPI Contractors, Incwas asked by the homeowner to provide pricing to replace the existing roof system in March 2016.An estimate was provided on March 22, The estimate was then revised in April and May to remove certain portions of the proposal, per homeowner's request.KPI Contractors,
Increceived homeowner's approval to proceed and homeowner's deposit on May 19th.We mailed a roofing permit application to the township on May 20th.Homeowner indicated several times that they had been experiencing a severe roof leak and asked to expedite the roof replacement.Homeowner stated that they were concerned about the interior ceiling coming down due to the previous and ongoing water intrusion. We dispatched a KPItechnician to install a tarp to minimize the leak as a courtesy. In the meantime, we contacted the township and asked to expediteWe also spoke with the *** *** *** *** regarding an expedited approval. As soon as we were notified that the permit was approved and received approval from the trust for emergency replacement on June 3, we scheduled the roof replacement for the following day, June 4.It is KPI Contractors, Incprofessional opinion that if any interior components of the leak area became compromised it was caused by the roof leak that occurred for an extended period of time prior to the roof replacement

I have been working with KPI for 20 years and use them for all types of exterior work to include, windows, roofs, gutters, stucco replacement and repairs and a host of other major repairs.
I highly recommend KPI. Their workmen are courteous and know their job. Excellent work!

KPI2 has provided roofing and construction services for the community I manage for approximately 9 years. During that time I have found them to be professional, responsive, mindful of the area and the residents, fair in all dealings.

I am a property manager for a 438 unit condominium and have contracted with KPI 2, Inc. on many roofing projects over the past 12 years. KPI started in 2004 replacing sections of roofs and when it was decided by our Trustees to replace all roofs, KPI was contracted to complete the entire 34 buildings.
I find the principles of the company to be professional and responsive. Their experience and guidance in construction has been of great assistance to the Association. I would certainly hire them for any construction project and recommend them to any company needing those types of services.
