I am rejecting this response because:when they were located in Stafford, they operated as a cash business After I had paid them a couple of 3/of the money owed, they tried to take me to a finance deal On top of that they did not deduct the amount I had already paid out of the finance amount and they refused to give me my money back The original deal was $6000, I've paid them $ That is why I request my title for this car and do not accept the response made by this companyAlso, I too have my paperwork and when they say I've never made a full payment - that is a lie along with other statements made by this company.

This liter is response to a complain, ID number [redacted].**[redacted] owe [redacted] $on the vehicle he purchased on 09/30/2010.It has been almost years his account id delinquentWe did try to collect the balance he always comes with an excuse not to pay usWe did give him an offer of $cash to pay off his balanceWe are trying to get a legal action against him and take him to court or repo his carI will fax you all the document. **[redacted] bought a [redacted] with only 55k original miles for $including tax title and registration. he put $dawn and we financed him the remaining of $with 20.87% APRThe grand total of his payoff was $after his $dawn his balance including finance was $We made contract with him to pay this amount in payment with monthly payment of $500. **[redacted] failed to make a payment from first paymentHe never made a full payment and always had an excuse. He has been late for months and months to do payment at the time of loan, now he is late by years. [redacted] was making late and less payment in our old location, we have all the financed document was signed and dated in our old location, I don't know what is he talking about. If **. [redacted] would have paid his loan on time, he would have finished it 2 years before we moved out of our location. We waited patiently 4 years for him to pay his loan. He is doing complains against us instead of paying his loan. We have contacted the castomer and resolved the issue long time a go.
We do have a cancelation fee of $100 for warreanties.   I did wave the fee  and give him full refund.

I am rejecting this response because: again this company is lying.  They accepted my down payment on a cash agreement and even my first 2 or 3 payments.  Before I finished paying before the car they tried to finance me to get more money.  They're finance paperwork is all wrong and from the beginning I've tried to correct it to no avail.  I currently have two sets of finance paperwork - none of which I signed,  yet it shows all the tricks they tried.  I.e.. charging a delivery fee when the car was on the lot,  including my down payment into the supposed finance amount.  These guys are thieves and the more they talk the more their story changes.  So no, I don't accept their statement and yes I will continue to tell the world that they are thieves until I receive my title.

Review: I had bought a car from them together with a car warranty. I had the car for three days when somebody ran into the back of it while it was parked on the street, the car was deemed a total loss. I called the warranty company about a refund on the policy, the warranty company told me that since the car dealer had not been paid at all. The warranty was not active and that I should go back to the dealer for a full refund which was $850.00 dollars. I called the dealer and they will look into it because they had not had this issue before and that they would get back to me. I had to call the dealer after a week because they never got back to me. The dealer told me that everything was taken care of and that I needed to stop by the dealer to pick up the refund. I went to the dealer and asked for a refund on the warranty and they cut up a check. The amount was for $801.00 dollars. When I asked why I was only getting that amount they told me that there was a fee for the cancellation of the warranty. When I told them to provide me with legal documentation of said warranty cancellation fee they told me that they didn't have one, but that they could make something up. I was screamed at by the manager or owner of the dealership and was told to "either take the money or I will send it to you when I please. I was also told that if I bought another car that I could make the $49.00 dollars up but when I told them that what about if I don't find anything? they told me my money was lost. The manager/owner screamed at me some more and brought out a piece of paper they had just typed on the computer regarding the cancellation fee of the warranty. On it it said that I agree to pay the cancellation fee and that I should sign it. When I said that I would not sign it the manager/ owner said to leave the dealer and to never come back again. I said fine but that my attorney will be getting in contact with them. The manager/owner said that we should have been grateful that he at least was giving us that money back because if he wanted to he wouldn't give us back a dime. I said that's ok I'll have my attorney take care of this and left the dealership.Desired Settlement: I want to get my full refund on the car warrranty and if it was up to me I would like for the owner/manger(I'm not sure what he is) disciplined. You can't under any circumstances treat your costumers the way this guy did. If this is not resolved I will have to take legal action against this individual and the car dealership.

Review: The dealer broke the Original Deal, would NOT return my $3500. Then the dealer raised the price of the car, "financed" the deal- in which they incorrectly figured the math - all while saying they wouldn't refund my money because I drove the car for two days.

That's the start-there has been more and I have the paper work to prove they have bad business.Desired Settlement: CAR TITLE

It has been almost 4 years his account id delinquent. We did try to collect the balance he always comes with an excuse not to pay us. We did give him an offer of $3000 cash to pay off his balance. We are trying to get a legal action against him and take him to court or repo his car. I will fax you all the document.

he put $3500 dawn and we financed him the remaining of $4755.94 with 20.87% APR. The grand total of his payoff was $8995. after his $3500 dawn his balance including finance was $5495. We made contract with him to pay this amount in 11 payment with monthly payment of $500.

Review: I purchased a 2001 [redacted] for nearly $10,000.00, much higher than the blue book value of the car, becuase I trusted that I would get a solid reliable [redacted] from a reputable dealer. Instead I have had a number of problems with the car including the dealer sending me the wrong tags...then notifying me a week later that I had to come and pick up the right tags (after I had been driving on the wrong tags for a few weeks). The final straw was when the transmission stopped shifting properly. I took the car to my local mechanic and the ENTIRE FRAME OF THE VEHICLE is rusted through. The transmission nearly fell out of the car. This is a serious issue that should have been recognized by the dealership. The sold me a car, which I now have a $10,000 loan for, that has serious safety and structural issues. It is undriveable. When I called and told them the problem, [redacted] said that it was not his problem and he couldn't do anything about it. I have only had the car for 3 months and the entire frame is rusted out! What kind of dealership behaves this way? I thought by going to a dealer I would pay slightly more but in turn would get a reliable car that has been looked over and checked. Instead they scammed me and sold me a car with a bad frame! There isn't much worse than the frame being rusted through! The car is nearly worthless now!Desired Settlement: E-Trade Auto Sales should repair the faulty frame and in the future fix these types of problems before you sell the car above the EXCELLENT blue book value. This is blatant exploitation. They have a mechanic on the payroll. How they didn't see this is beyond me. They obviously new about it and tried to sell the car anyway.
