my previous comment explained that I was not sure what was going on and once I know what happened I surely plan to do whatever is necessary to make the customer happy and apologize for any inconvenience

This happened at the end of May This is now August The response says it has to be researched, and rectified immediately, but that does not inform me how long the research will take A better response would be we are in error and will contact the homeowner immediately and finish the job!
