Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: My name is [redacted] , I am working as an Accountant in Child Center of NY for more than years ,very well known company where I have very good reputation, also I am CEO of Ladies World Magazine ( Russian Magazine) One week ago women from Uzbekistan [redacted] and [redacted] came to me with complain against KPNY LLC at [redacted] .THey are friends of person whom I know for many years, I decided to help them, since they obvious do not speak EnglishI called to Klara -###-###-####, ###-###-#### and in very soft and polite manners asked her and another person, probably her husband (Alex) - to return money back, since they never provide any service for themKlara in very rude manners, replied- "NO! I am not is going to do it! No Way!" My husband took telephone after me, and he said: " Ok, if you are dishonest and not honorable people, I am going to send this information to Consumer Affairs Bureau, call and IRS." ( they are thinking it is harassment, some one trying to interfere in business "to rip of customers") After, I called again, and politely apologized for my husband , I said: " Listen, you should understand they are very poor people, dollars for them - it is a lot of money! Please, return at least 50%They were "laughing", probably those women are not the first victims and they feel very strong and secure! Next day, I asked a lawyer Svetlana P [redacted] - to connect with they in broken and poor English decided to give her their lawyer number??? Svetlana P [redacted] called me back saying she spoke with him and what their " lawyer replied: " they signed a letter in English about not return any deposit"He suggest her not open file since they are not legal immigrant" Probably, he did not knows they they did not violate any law, they in country absolutely legal and they have travel viza up to end of March But no one has seen that letter Please ask them to provide that letter and also ask : when they signed a letter, did agency understands that they do not speak and understand any English word? Did they have Russian version of that letter? It would be great if you can request evidence of that letter When I asked them, did you sign something? KPNY LLC WERE ADVISED TO GO TO THE POLICE BECAUSE OF SUCH THREATSTHERE WERE CERTAIN UNIDENTIFIED MAN WHO CALLED ON BEHALF OF [redacted] AND MADE SIMILAR THREATSTHERE WILL BE A LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST [redacted] AND ALL THOSE ASSOCIATED WITH HERKPNY LLC HAS A PERFECT RECORD IN ALL THESE YEARS WHERE NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT WAS EVER SUBSTANTIATEDTHIS IS A LICENSED REFERRAL AGENCY IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH ALL THE LAWS

It will be endless correspondence, when people do not understand meaning of words – “Honesty” and “Credibility!” when they do not want to return money back! How it is possible- to take money for “doing nothing” from innocent people, who is trying to have some extra cash to work as a cleaners or housekeepersThey came from country, where is economy is really lowThey might eat for those money for 2-months I would like to see the contract ( which I am sure not exist) saying: – “Deposit is not refundable!” that what they told to my lawyer Svetlana P [redacted] I am sure: it is falsification of facts in order to get rid of me and my people, like from“annoying fly” Also, I do not understand: – How they placed other people for employment for free? Why? Isn’t it very suspicious? Do they look like stupid people: look at tone of their e-mails ..??? Please arbitrate us, I am not asking for myself! I am spending my valuable time on behalf of two poor womenAlso, I would like to bring you attention to that agency and prevent the same situation which might happen with hundreds other people –victims of that dishonest Russian employment agency – KPNY IncThose people do not speak and write EnglishWhy Clara – did not gave me her last name and her partner - unknown man, who refused to give me his first and last name? Please order investigation of what they doing, how they functioning without checking elementary SS#, passport of new coming people? Any self-respected employment agency (I had a few time experiences with Robert Half and AccountTemps agencies), they starting from paper application: first-you have to put your official document information : copy of Driver license and copy of Social SecurityThey (honorable agencies) would never refer for article from New York Times, like KPNY agency, which trying to covers their shame, scam and obvious dishonesty ! These individuals ([redacted] and [redacted]) came to KPNY LLC and said their documents are in process and that they are legally authorized to work.  KPNY LLC is not a staffing agency – it is a referral agency who has no obligation to check for work authorization documents (pleases see the New York Times article at link [redacted] that notes: “Employment agencies are not responsible for verifying the working papers or legal status of their clients, according to the State Department of Labor.” These individuals are now saying that they are tourists and that they did not know they could not work in the United States? Is this a serious statement?  When they filled out the B1/B2 visa application and went to their interview with immigration for a tourism visa, one of the questions they ask is whether they intend to work in the United States, so if they answered in the negative, why did they come to an employment agency? In order to get the B1/B2 visitor visa, the applicant must acknowledge that the main purpose of the trip is tourism and not employment, so how can they say that they did not know they couldn’t work? These individuals ([redacted] and [redacted]) then sent two other people in their place who were placed free of charge.  And now [redacted] and [redacted] are seeking their money back and their friends will have gotten jobs for free? Please ask [redacted] and [redacted] why they did not let Revdex.com know that they sent two other people on their behalf who were placed free of charge.  Something very strange is going on here and it has to be investigated, especially what role their representative, [redacted], plays in all of this. Did [redacted] have any knowledge that these individuals were looking for employment without proper documents? [redacted]is employed by the Child Center of New York, so an inquire will also need to be made to this organization because it has to be investigated why this woman is engaged in all of this and is making threats as described in the last responses to Revdex.com. Is [redacted]a speaking on behalf of Child Center of New York? This has to be investigated.

THERE WERE CERTAIN UNIDENTIFIED MAN WHO CALLED ON BEHALF OF [redacted] AND MADE SIMILAR THREATS. THERE WILL BE A LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST [redacted] AND ALL THOSE ASSOCIATED WITH HER. KPNY LLC HAS A PERFECT RECORD IN ALL THESE YEARS WHERE NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT WAS EVER SUBSTANTIATED. THIS IS A LICENSED REFERRAL AGENCY IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH ALL THE LAWS.

One week ago 2 women from Uzbekistan [redacted] and [redacted] came to me with complain against KPNY LLC at [redacted] .THey are friends of person whom I know for many years, I decided to help them, since they obvious do not speak English. Next day, I asked a lawyer Svetlana P[redacted] -  to connect with   they in broken and poor English  decided to give her their lawyer number??? .  Svetlana P[redacted]  called me back  saying she spoke with him and what their " lawyer replied:  " they signed a letter in English about not return any deposit". He suggest her not open file since they are not legal immigrant".  Probably, he did not  knows they they did  not violate any law, they in country absolutely legal and they have travel viza up to end of March 2017.
 But no one has  seen that letter.  Please ask them to provide that letter and also ask : when they signed a letter, did agency understands that  they do not speak and understand any English word?  Did they have Russian version of that letter?  It would be great if you can request evidence of that letter.
