Will respond to this and all accusations on Monday May 9, with an in depth discussion of how screwed up this entire project was, First and foremost using unlicensed Architect who is and was clueless on all the plans and every phase of the jobI have checks to all suppliers and the sub contractors we were forced to use, due to the cheapness of this projectOverall and original project proposal was close to $ 350K, but after many futile attempts we were told nothing over $250K would be allowed, what a joke Anyone who filed a lien on this job is out of their time frame and most were paid for the crappy work done, plans were pathetic and the overall entire project from Augforward was miserableGood luck with any and all request as we're reviewing moving forward on other litigation matters due to pure incompetence of everyone with the Center, City and HDS firm involved with this nightmare of a project.Second resolution sent now3rd coming

I am rejecting this response because: I have evidence, cancelled checks, of the amount paid to the business. What is more I also have evidence that at least one of the subcontractors hired by KPS Service and Remodeling was not paid. The subcontractor filed and Affidavit Claiming Mechanics Lien for lack of payment.
