K.R. Auto Repair

I took my car in for a check engine light in which I already knew what was wrong as I took it to get tested for free. When I took my car in I had a few other things that I needed done other than fixing the problem with my check engine light. I had my breaks inspected, part of my exhaust repaired/replace, and my tires rotated. When I picked it up from the shop I got less than a mile down the road before I turned back because my car was not driving right. They thought I was crazy but took it out for a drive and confirmed that there was something a bit off when the wheel was jiggled. So they put it up on the racks and showed us what was wrong and they fixed it that day. I picked it up and it seemed to be driving fine, although I hadn't really had to drive it much yet until I had to take my mother somewhere 3 days later. When we got on the freeway and I merged into the middle lane of traffic my car started to fish tale and I was having a hard time controlling my car so I had to pull over. My mother called the shop because I was in tears from almost being in an accident on the freeway. She told the shop that she wouldnt pay for the tow truck or the work that had to be done on it because the problem should have been fixed the first time I had to bring it back. Mind you, I didnt have ANY problems with how my car was handling before I took it into the shop. Later on I got a phone call from them asking me to describe what happened to my car again while driving and so I did. The owner then proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car except that the back end was a little off alignment and that I had to have brought the car into the shop with the car already driving the way it was. Which is not true, my car was driving fine before I took it in, and I drive the freeway everyday to which he replied that he drove my car at 85mph and it handled fine. First off, what are you doing driving my car at 15mph over the speed limit without first informing me especially when I just had to have it towed because I was almost in an accident at 70mph. He also informed me that he was pissed off that he had to pay for the tow truck and not get paid for looking at my car. Then he said "you can pick your car up and dont ever come back to this shop" and cut me off in mid sentence by hanging up the phone. THis is completely unprofessional and to send me off in a car that isnt handling right and be angry because a new problem that started sometime between the time first dropped my car off to when I first picked it up should not be on my tab because I hadn't even touched the car while they were working on it. even if they didnt want me coming back there I would never want to go back there after they treated me like an it for knowing how my car normally drives and knowing that something happened while they were working on it and saying something about it.
