Beware of this contractor He will bid low and then start changing locations stated on your plans/permit of electrical and plumbing to lower the price for himself from his sub-contractors He will tell you it will save you money, but it will only save him money and give you lower quality materials This contractor will even go as far as to tell you that your electrical in a certain area is illegal and he will complete it after the final inspection Even after you tell him it is on the approved plans, he will argue He did this to us and after we insisted he do it before the final, he told his sub-contracted electrician that we did not want GFIs in that area even though the plans stated that they needed to be there This saved him approximately $ He did the same with the Arc Faults in the box We felt sorry for the electrician who told us he would have to eat the price and came to an agreement with the inspector to have one GFI on the outside control all on the inside and only one Arc Fault This contractor will cut $here and $there until it adds up to thousands of dollars in extra profit THAT WAY YOU DON'T NOTICE He will not honor any verbal agreement for work completed by the owners, but will add it to his "scope of work" in his proposal and say he will take it off at the end, but he will not He will say, read your contract If you have Angie's List check it out He responded to only one complaint out of several and was so rude it was unbelievableThe complaints sounded very similar to ours He did the same to us on our report to the Revdex.com Our formal complaint to the Revdex.com was down graded to info only since we did not wish to have any contact with him or resolve any issues with him Rather than have them keep it as info only and not post it, we thought a review would better serve our goal of warning the public about this contractor
