Last week (Dec 2014) I was stranded on the side of the road at about 5:at nightI called up the enterprise in Clarksville TN hoping that someone would be willing to pick me up even though it was near closing timeWhile everyone else was packing up to leave *** picked up the phone and came to pick me upHe stayed until well past closing time to make sure everything was figured out and I was in a rentalI was so amazed by his outstanding customer service, because I knew how easy it could have been to not pick up the call and just leave when closing time cameThis man deserves a raise or something more than a pat on the back, he is a great employee!
