in and pay and then after I pay they say the gate is frozenI made suggestions to unfreeze itThen the story changes to the gates broken, and then to the breaker for the gate power is off and it's in a locked roomThen my tow truck driver arrives and ask them who going to pay for him coming out there since they say they can't open the gateThey should have to pay for these tows now because of there lack of being able to open the yard gate after I pay for my car back
Our Company never billed the insurance company when the customer came down and paid for the car he was given and invoice to submit to his insurance company for reimbursement. Customer advised us of the error that his insurance company made. A reimbursement check was issued to the customer

so. Although they said they did notify me they have yet been able to provide any proof. They have returned one of my license plates but they cannot find the other one. at this point I am going to file legal action.Thank you,

I attempted to file a complaint with the NYPD. The first two times I called the number on the back of the receipt and they both stated they couldn't do anything about it. The third time I called which was Friday June **, the officer told me I should have payed the $150 and then cancelled my credit...
card transaction then told me there's nothing he can do and I'm at fault for not paying. I included the lien they put on my motorcycle that they put after a month of storage, the original bill they gave me after 20 days of storage, and the original signed receipt that I was given when they towed my vehicle.
