All or most of the accusations presented by [redacted] are untrue, slanderous and getting to the point of haraSSment. [redacted]'s a grown man who can complete his own documents for the (AHC) just as he's spent time with his continuously false comments about KR3 Commercial, LLC. The only true...

statement made by [redacted] is that we're not operating under a M.H.I.C. license, however we're a legal operating entity in the state of Maryland. I have over 25 years of commercial masonry & restoration experience from a labor, foreman and superintendent. I've Supervised and completed with my own hands as well, a plethora of projects in the Baltimore/DMV area.[redacted] did hire from [redacted] and one of the statements included in the initial submission that stands out to me now because of the continuous verbal assaults is:"I hate it when contractors fail to keep their commitments" which to me is a true indication that he's had these kinds of issues before due to the "unstableness' of the matter. [redacted] has been Continuously inconsistent with the truths and consistent with the untruth. After we agreed on a price which was an underbid. KR3 requires a 50% down payment to commence the work to show good faith and purchase of materials for the project and final due upon completion and walkthrough with the client.While en-route to provide the service, [redacted] sends a text message stating that the AHC needs to approve the documents prior to the work being done, was 30 minutes from the property, Not to mention, he reached out to me the previous morning via text saying "let me know when you're on your way" responded with, "Shawn, I have you on the schedule for tomorrow, not today" He responded with "ok, sorry, see you tomorrow but still call before coming " After the cancellation text message, then responded via text to [redacted]" are you cancelling the project? his response was, no! And proceeded on and on about the AHC and mentioned he still wanted the Service. All in which a written agreement had been exchanged between kR3 & The Client verbally and through [redacted] and nothing was ever mentioned about me helping with any documents. The 50% down payment had already been processed via square credit card payment in the amount of $440($439.88) with 3% tax included.The following day, [redacted] stated he needed to complete some documents for the AHC and asked if I'd help him with it, he also ask of what are some of the things I'd recommend and I shared some of my knowledge of historic masonry demands and obviously from that conversation, intrigued my assistance.  [redacted] finally asked if I'd help him complete the documents via text message and then responded with "send them to me and I'll take a look at them" received the docs via email shortly after. I never said I would complete them [redacted] became increasingly aggressive about the docs several times a day, therefore decided to tell [redacted] that due to my busy scheduling, that I think it's best if he got someone else to help him with the docs and I'm happy to still do the work in an effort not to hold up the process. It was then [redacted] appeared to succumb to rage by stating:"I hate it when contractors don't keep their commitments Give me my refund Kevin; it was then that stated the facts about the purchased materials and the 50% went toward materials and stated: "what I'm to do with the materials? However, after the slander, false accusations and harassing of Social media, text messages, [redacted] and emails. Within 24 hours of our conversation put in the request for a full refund of the 50% down payment back to [redacted]. And I know and can confirm he's received the funds weeks ago, though he still continues his efforts of being a victim. The process for Square credit card refund can take up to 5-10 business days. truly believe that the childish acts are reflective of a disappointed individual that wanted to seek help to complete the documents. I've been told to cut off all communication with [redacted] and to save all Comments, emails, Social media harassments and text messages. (Legal Counsel) i've emailed all refund status to this case to [redacted] rep "Riley" who's handling the complaint from [redacted], 'd like to advise [redacted] to remove and drop all false comments to any and all mediums and withdraw the case filed on [redacted] or any oral social media used to slander my name and the integrity of KR3 Commercial, LLC.KR3 Commercial is a legal entity operating in the state of Maryland and now expanding throughout.I have document to support any and all statements made in this juncture.As for the "gibberish about God being on his side" comment which has been repetitive with every process with [redacted], I'm happy to clarify the statement made.As a Christian God fearing man. clearly stated to [redacted]:"This is an easy decision"1. Give you a refund. 2. I walk away in peace from the matter. 3. And God will bring peace to this situation.[redacted] stated "don't mention God's name to me in vein". And in another complaint filed he mention threatened him as if it were terroristic of some sort. Simply Absurd & False!I speak bible scriptures frequently, such as:"No weapon form against me, shall prosper. And every tongue that rises against me in judgement.I shall Condemn” or"We wrestle not against flesh & blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.I'm a man who loves Christ Jesus and I want to make it clear.I send well wishes and good luck to [redacted] moving forward with all his endeavors.Kevin *.
